La Roche has been converted from a 17th century stone built barn to a  modern house.  The main living accommodation comprises a large lounge with an open fireplace, sliding doors leading to a terrace and a fully equipped kitchen and dining room.  The lounge has a large flat screen television with both French and English digital channels, a DVD player and an Bose Bluetooth speaker.

There is a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer, and a games room with a pool table.

Upstairs, the house has two double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower rooms and a mezzanine floor capable of sleeping another four, ideally suited for children. The mezzanine also has a bathroom.
